InsertCoin CM7/STOCK v38

Changelog:

- included Caller Picture fix
- Added RTL support - afaik is full for Hebrew and you don't have connected letters in browser and gmail for Arabic - but please report on xda - i'm still new to this
- changed RIL and WPA - this for me at least offers better battery life over WiFi and 3G - but feedback is welcomed as long as it's offered in a civilized way.

    Can someone please put these roms on a mirror site? I haven't been able to download any through my phone or PC since v28...

    hi,

    im using v38 on my desire, i don't whether is it only me or anything, but its kinda battery killing, is there anyway to improve on the battery life? ( im only on wifi and whatsapp, 2 hours with 35% battery life drained )
